Ditch The Scale
You can never have a sexy, defined and shapely body without adding on muscle, so if you want to attain your bikini body, you better ditch your habit of checking the scale every morning from here out. This is not how we measure progress. Progress, for our purposes, is body fat going down, inches going down, clothes fitting better, and LOOKING GOOD NAKED.
Get Your Rest
During sleep, our bodies produce hormones such as the Human Growth Hormone (hGH) which tell the body to repair and heal the muscle tissue and in the process make the muscles larger and more dense. Hormones, such as hGH, are only released during deep sleep and are influenced highly by your diet and your insulin response.
